A-KI-A project ends with the publication of a practical guide to utilisation

After two years of intensive research, the project A-KI-A - Effects of AI-supported systems on work design, funded by the Vienna Chamber of Labour, was successfully completed. The project focussed on investigating the effects of AI-supported systems on work design - with a particular focus on their use in knowledge work.

At the end of the project, we are pleased to announce the publication of a comprehensive handbook for the optimal use of generative AI in knowledge work. The handbook provides conceptual clarifications, empirical findings and evidence-based recommendations for employees, stakeholders and organisations that want to use AI systems effectively while promoting human-centric work environments.

The handbook is now publicly available via the OSF platform: https: //osf.io/tjbqm/ - and serves as a central resource for all those who want to help shape the future of work.
