Should I stay or should I go?

Should I stay or should I go?

We are pleased to announce that our new research project, "Should I Stay or Should I Go?", has been approved for funding. The project is a collaborative effort between the University of Graz, the University of Klagenfurt, the University of Linz, and the University Colleges of Teacher Education Styria (PH and PPH Steiermark).

Within the project, the team from the Department of Work and Organizational Psychology at the University of Graz will investigate how school leadership can contribute to ensuring that teachers enjoy working at their school and remain there for as long as possible. The project aims to generate evidence-based insights into leadership practices that foster teacher retention and support sustainable school development.

We look forward to collaborating with our project partners and to the valuable insights this research will generate.
