A warm welcome to Dr. Maie Stein! We are delighted to welcome Maie Stein to our team as an Assistant Professor of Occupational Health Psychology.
Maie Stein completed her doctorate at the University of Hamburg in 2023 and subsequently worked as a postdoctoral researcher at the Wilhelm Wundt Institute for Psychology at the University of Leipzig from 2023 to 2026. Her research focuses on the intersections of work and health, as well as work and ecological sustainability. She is particularly interested in the dynamic relationships between working conditions and the experiences and behaviors of employees. In her research, she employs a variety of quantitative methods, including longitudinal studies, experience sampling, experiments, and interventions. Furthermore, she is committed to the principles of Open Science and advocates for greater data transparency within the field of work and organizational psychology.
