Welcome to the Team, Verena Bieber!

Verena Bieber

We are delighted to welcome Verena Bieber as a new member of our Work and Organizational Psychology team.

Verena Bieber completed her studies in Psychology at the University of Graz and has now joined our department as a PhD student. As part of the newly funded research project "Should I Stay or Should I Go?", she will pursue her doctoral research on the role of educational leadership in fostering teachers' motivation to remain at their schools and supporting long-term teacher retention.

We are excited to have Verena Bieber on board and look forward to working with her - welcome to the team!
